The Poverty State - And How The Poor Spend More

Spending on "those in need" counts to $1 trillion per year - and as always, nothing good comes from it. Part of the reason is the Census Bureau has been told by Congress not to accurately count actual spending by people - which hides that "the poor" spend vastly more than they earn.
