Obama's Institutionalized War/Appeasement Mentality

Barack Obama has been going around patting himself on the ass for his "accomplishments." Among them is this neat trick - he's appeased international enemies from Vladimir's Russia to Iran to Syria to the combatants in Iraq after he abandoned victory there, he's lied to everyone (especially himself) about Islamo-Arab Imperialism's war against the US - and yet has "institutionalized the war mentality" by pinprick raids.
