California's Dam Irrelevance

California's failure as a state is illustrated yet again by the burgeoning failure of the Oroville Dam, which serves as refutation of the "permanent statewide drought" predicted a year back and also an illustration of the stupidity of the state's system of water transfers - and also of Governor Moonbeam's obsession with the bullet train.
