The Fort Hood Terrorist
The Fort Hood terrorist, Nidal Malik Hasan, had been investigated by the FBI years ago but they apparantly dropped the ball on him. Now, with more digging into his past, we're learning things about him that are frightening as well as finding the mistakes made by the FBI in its investigation of him. Those mistakes might be being made again as the FBI is in the early stages of looking into the shooting but looks ready to dismiss Hasan's ties to an Al Qaida terrorist recruiter named Anwar al Awlaki, and if the FBI can't figure out Hasan's motive, maybe they should start here. And as if that isn't enough, the ideology of "diversity" in the Army has been exposed as a disaster yet the Army's Chief of Staff won't acknowledge the failure of "diversity."

Rolling Stone Needs To Shut Up
Rolling Stone has long established that they have no credibility to covering the real world, and with the worthless quality of modern rock music the magazine's reason for existence to begin with is worth questioning. Yet the magazine keeps lying to its readers about the real world and its belligerent ignorance of military matters shows again with its hideous piece on military skepticism of Barack Obama's Afghanistan stupidity that noentheless reveals quite a bit about The Man On The Way Up's greater stupidity based on jealousy of another man's (General David Petraeus) popularity.
Rolling Stone does not have the right to cover issues about which it is dishonest - and war reporting is the magazine at its most dishonest.
