Detriot is now officially bankrupt, and it's because of six decades of policies that are pushed by Obama.   And the cruelist upshot is the bankrupcy was declared "unconstitutional" by a judge because the city can't stop paying off public hacks' pensions - or as the piece in the link puts it, reality is unconstitutional.
