The NY Times published a piece on Iraq's chemical weapons: by C.J. Chivers. It makes explosive claims about chemical weapons found in Iraq between 2004 and 2011 and it winds up - despite the usual cherry picking of facts by the Times - providing vindication for George W. Bush.
