The Man On The Way Up made the oil spill worse by his interference and a mixture of protectionism, union whining, and a 1920 law that has been waived in similar emergencies in the past but which The Man On The Way Up isn't considering.
UPDATE: Rep. Joe Barton called Obama's shakedown of BP a shakedown; liberals, as usual, took umbrage because he was telling the truth.
