Obama wants to blame Republicans for fighting against Obamacare - because he knows Obamacare can't work - it steals money from low-risk individuals to subsidize high-risk ones.
That only 19 Senators sided with Ted Cruz - even though by any measure he won the argument on facts - to defund Obamacare is disappointing.
