Remember all those claims that Bush was "politicizing intelligence?" Obviously a lot of people don't know what the term means, as evidenced here with regard to waterboarding.
UPDATE: It isn't limited to intelligence - now The Man On The Way Up does the same to the Justice Dept. by appointing thug Senator Chuck Schumer's former hatchet man.
