The Lamestream Media is portraying the Republican Party as the most despicable body in the world because of the partial government shutdown - a shutdown imposed by Barack Obama - and because they ostenisbly failed to stop Obamacare.
Both views are wrong, and The Republicans did not lose this fight even with the compromise to reopen government, because - unnoticed by the Lamestream Media - the Republicans forced Democrats to compromise, not the other way around.
UPDATE: Obamacare was the biggest loser of the Shutdown fight because the Republicans showed they were right in the spectacular failure of the program's rollout, and it is proving an even bigger failure than even its critics expected.
