The Phony Case Against Right To Work Laws
A judge in Wisconsin recently ruled that the state's right to work laws are unconstitutional because they prohibit unions from making workers pay for representation those workers don't want.
The reasoning behind this ruling doesn't hold up - especially considering that federal labor law itself authorizes right to work laws.
