Minimum wage is a proven ripoff, forcing businesses to spend more than they are objectively supposed to - which makes California's crusade for a $15 minimum wage all the more foolish.
Why it will fail - It already persecutes businesses more than other states, any minimum wage is a net taxation of businesses, California's weak jobs market won't be able to absorb it, and One Size Fits All never works.
And the upshot indicating it isn't working is the exodus of people from California.
